    On Shopify, install the Affillo app and tracking is set up for you. On other platforms, add one tracking snippet to your checkout page.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

Not on Shopify: you install the Affillo app and it handles tracking. On other platforms you'll add one short snippet to your order confirmation page, and we'll walk you through it or check it for you.

Who will be promoting my products?

Content sites, bloggers, social creators, cashback and voucher sites, and comparison sites. Every publisher applies to join your programme and you choose who to approve.

When do I pay commission?

Only when an order sent by a publisher is confirmed. Refunded and cancelled orders are reversed, and commission is worked out on your price before VAT.

What if a sale came through a voucher code, not a link?

You can assign voucher codes to specific publishers, so those sales are credited correctly even when there was no tracked click.
